The terms and conditions (‘Terms and Conditions’) set out on this page govern the use of Keyping, operated by Keyping LTD. These Terms and Conditions are entered into between Keyping and you the user.

Who we are

Keyping is a service operated by Keyping LTD, 3 Winnett St, London, W1D 6JY, England.

The service

Keyping monitors property listings published on third-party listing sites and notifies you when a new listing matches a search you have set up. Keyping is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the listing sites or estate agents whose listings it surfaces.

Listing details, including prices, availability, photographs, and descriptions, are sourced from third parties and are provided for your convenience. We do not own this content and we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current, or still available. Any decision you make on the basis of a listing, including contacting an agent or arranging a viewing, is made directly with the relevant third party and at your own discretion.

Conditions of access and registration

Registration as a new user is required for active participation on Keyping. By submitting your registration details, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Keyping login is achieved through use of your email address. Both you and Keyping agree to keep your email address confidential. You will be responsible for any use of Keyping accessed via your email address whether such use is by you or by a third party. You hereby agree to notify Keyping of any unauthorised use of your email address as soon as you become aware of it.

You agree not to provide any false or erroneous information when registering as a new user and agree not to register under a false identity.

Keyping reserves the right to refuse registration, access, search, or any use of the service to any person whatsoever and at the entire discretion of Keyping.

Intellectual property

Keyping reserves all of its intellectual property rights in the Keyping service. Any reproduction, distribution, or publication of any information included on Keyping, other than third-party listing content that belongs to its respective owners, is strictly forbidden without the prior written consent of Keyping.

Privacy

When using Keyping, your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also acknowledge this and accept our policies for the processing, retention, and deletion of your data.

Limitation of liability

Keyping is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Keyping makes no representations or warranties as to:

1. The quality, accuracy, feasibility, or credibility of the content surfaced on Keyping, particularly the property listing details, which are sourced from third parties and are indicative only;
2. The availability, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose of any of the services available on Keyping, nor for any content published on the service;
3. The service being free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

The user agrees that the use of, or reliance upon, any of the content of Keyping is done entirely at their own risk.

Keyping assumes no responsibility, does not endorse, and has not verified the content of any other website to which Keyping has links.

Keyping does not assume any responsibility for failures or technical defects which occur due to events outside of its control.

To the extent that the law permits, you release Keyping, its owners, directors, contractors, and employees from all liability arising out of or in connection with Keyping and the content included on it.

Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. These terms are severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Keyping reserves the right to change or update this document without prior notice to you. The latest version will always be available on the site and, by using the site, you are accepting the latest version available.
